Digital Products

Because our ebooks are downloadable digital files, all sales are generally final once a download link has been issued. If you experience a technical issue — a corrupted file, missing pages, or a failed download — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resend or fix the file.

Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your order number and we'll issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@littledeenbuddy.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed back to your original PayPal payment method.
